Router Circle cutting jig
thingiverse
Circle cutting jig, primarily for use with a regular plunge base router. Beside the printed parts you need two 10mm rods and a 12mm board to set the router on. It has micro adjust via a standard M6 bolt (1mm per full revolution) and a hole to mount a dial indicator if you want to get fancy. M5 nuts (inside) and bolts (from the top) secure the rods. The center hub is held down to the workpiece with either screws (if small holes in the center piece is not important) or tape, similar to Bosch's approach. This design is for private use only, and may not me used in a commersial setting without permission. Regards Anders
