This router plate allows you to directly screw your Bosch 1604 (and similar) router onto a piece of T-Track, and cut circles ranging in radius from ~4.5" to as long of a piece of T-Track you can get your hands on. The 1mm hole was added to the single track version to give me a drill guide, not as an actual guide pin hole. I used a 5/32 bit to drill the hole, in both the wood and router jig, and then used that drill bit as the guide pin.There is a “single track” and "double track" setup that can be configured.
