thingiverse
This is a further development of my first upload:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5721283Initially inspired by this design:https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/mft-table-jig-for-dewalt-dw618There is a total of 7 base plate designs for common routers including Festool, Makita, Bosch and Triton routers that will help you drill perfectly accurate dog holes for your MFT top. The indexing pins on these bases meet the fitting 3 mm holes of a peg board that are 25 mm apart. I recommend pre-drilling the holes with a 12 mm drill bit for example and using a spiral router bit with your router. This jig is particularly useful if you want perfectly aligned holes that are straight and perpendicular to each other. Here in Germany you can find the mentioned type of pegboard at you local BAUHAUS:https://www.bauhaus.info/zuschnittplatten/lochplatte-nach-mass/p/14510187I could only test the fit with the Festool OF 1400 and Makita RT0700C, please let me know if you have any issues with the other models.
