A standard mount baseplate for routers enables lane spacing of 3 1/2 inches, ideal for 1/32 scale slot cars. To change lane spacing, add a solid ring to increase diameter or insert a ring as a hole to decrease diameter. This versatile design accommodates various lane configurations. Use it in conjunction with a strip of 1/8 inch x 1/2 inch x 8 feet Lexan or similar material placed in the first routed lane.
