This is my Final version of my CNC Belt Clip Previous version can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4396533 On my original design, one corner of the belt clip was not tightened down to the extrusion. This version eliminates that issue. The belt clip concists of two parts (top and bottom). The wave pattern "bites" into the belt as it is pressed together, securing the belt. The offset hole allows the belt to be secured (with an M3 Cap screw and square nut), prior to installing it on the extrusion. This design allows three corners to be secured to the extrusion with the fourth corner secured with the extended leg. All parts can be printed mirrored depending on the side of the machine it will set on. A total of six of these will be needed for a typical installation. Sliding T-nuts allow easy removal and relocation. This new design has three main parts: 4-Hole Bottom - This is used for as the bottom for each end (all locations). Six of these would be needed for most installations. 4-Hole Top - This part is the top half, non-adjustable end of the belt. The belt feeds through the hole during the process. Three of these would be needed for most installations 6-Hole Top - This part is the top half, adjustable end of the belt. The belt feeds through the hole during the process.This is used at the adjustable end of the belt the additional screws attach to an L-bracket and screws to provide adjustment to the belt. Three of these would be needed for most installations. This add-on will require the possible relocation of home position sensors and/or limit switches.
