I required a compact enclosure to house an encoder, a switch, and two LEDs. This process began with STL files (two in various sizes) of a distorted torus created using Mathematica. I then imported these files into OpenSCAD to incorporate mounting surfaces and holes. To provide additional versatility, I added a top section without any pre-drilled holes, allowing users to customize their design as desired.
