I loved the Motorcycle Hand Guards by T3CHKOMMIE so much that I decided to try making them rounded, giving them an organic look that I couldn't get enough of. Making my own version was a blast, and now I'm torn between which one I like better - his or mine! Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to test them out yet because my bike is currently in the shop. To make matters worse, my printer only has a 160mm size print bed, so I'll have to get creative with how I print it. One option would be to split it and dovetail it, allowing me to print it in two halves. However, I'm running low on energy tonight, so maybe I'll tackle that task later. I hope those of you with bigger print beds will enjoy printing the Motorcycle Hand Guards by T3CHKOMMIE! To give them extra stability and strength, I added a second bracket where it could be attached to the handlebar. For this, I designed an adjustable connector similar to what's used for GoPro cameras, allowing it to fit snugly in between the handlebars. You can also find other compatible connectors on Thingiverse, specifically designed for the in-between bracket parts. Use at your own risk!
