Rounded Coat Hook

I wanted to create a unique representation of a coat hook without actually depicting one. The design was meant to be visually striking on its own, rather than relying on the presence of a coat. I drew inspiration from faucet handles, door knobs, and tire wheels for their curves and contours. The twist on this piece is intended to give it the appearance of movement when viewed alone on a wall. My goal with the design is to continue rotating the twist around until it meets back at the center circle in a more natural-looking way. To that end, I'd like to create multiple variations of this design and display them together on a wall as part of an arrangement.
