Round Wedding Station Signs
prusaprinters

We wanted elegant round signs to have at each of the stations that match our wedding monogram. So I designed these. The stand screws onto the back. These lean back at a 15 degree angle and almost appear to just be floating there.

I haven't setup my MMU2s yet so I just used single extruder multi material with manual swaps. These were all printed at 0.2 mm layer heights.

Each sign consists of three parts.

The black which is only 2 layers think.

The white which is the bulk of the actual sign

A stand

Hardware per sign:

2 x M3 heat set inserts

2 x M3 5mm low profile cap head screws (regular cap heads will work aslo)

I used resin again to finish these signs and take them over the top.
