Similar to Thingiverse's "72164" design, this is a freeCAD file for round tubes, featuring a rawlplug-like parameter. The test model, "round-plug-a.stl," accommodates 25mm OD tube with 1mm walls; ABS is recommended, but PLA (with 40% fill) was successfully used in testing. Sliced at .4mm and printed using a .5mm nozzle on a PrinterBot, this design performs well.
