Round to Square Tube Connector

Round to Square Tube Connector

I'm sure someone else might be looking for this piece, but here it is anyway: This is my first attempt at creating a functional 3D part. I needed to attach two 1" square tubes perpendicularly to the end of a 1 1/4 inch PVC pipe. This is my first attempt. The top and bottom parts are held together with an M6 nylon nut and bolt. There's a slight recess in the bottom to allow the bolt to sit flush, so the bottom part can still fit into the PVC. There's also an alternate version with a slight angle to the opening for the 1" square tubing (~7 degrees). I haven't printed this yet. UPDATE: I've printed this, in PLA, and it did fit my 1 1/4 inch PVC and perfectly fit my 1x1 tubing. However, the print quality was terrible. Update #2: I redesigned the bottom bracket a little bit and designed some custom pins and clips to hold it all together instead of waiting for nylon nuts and bolts. These are visible in the black PLA print photo. The pin and clip are sized to fit the bracket correctly for my 1x1" square tube. Note that, for my use, most of the weight is borne by the bottom part of the bracket press-fit into the PVC tube. The top part mainly helps keep the square bar from jumping out of the bottom, so the force on these plastic pins/clips is relatively low. They're weak (in PLA) and won't survive any meaningful force.
