Organizer for Small Micro Devices Components. Customizable dimensions (diameter, height) and layout (number of sectors and sections). Compartment dimensions are calculated to have approximately equal capacity, disregarding wall thickness. Stackable design allows easy storage and organization. Requires a round transparent cap with holes and a small screw for secure closure. Default settings accommodate 12cm transparent CD gasket found in CD/DVD cakebox spindles or created from a CD by removing the metal layer using sticky tape, along with an M2 screw. A slight height increase from center to edge is designed for tight pressing of flexible caps. Customizable dimensions range from 0.5mm to 1mm; setting to zero accommodates rigid caps to prevent cracking. Additional features include calculated dimensions printed to OpenSCAD log for sticker drawing, as well as simple sticker generation with part=2 and export options to DXF or SVG. Note: Thingiverse Customizer is not supported; use OpenSCAD instead. Advice: avoid attempting to fit the entire E24 set within a CD-sized box, as it results in unusable small compartments. A 25x4 layout seems most convenient, accommodating the E12 set or half of the E24 set, along with four spare compartments and sufficient size for usability. When emptying a compartment (e.g., transferring components from one to another), use a magnet to easily move SMDs. To avoid damage, especially with small components like 0805 and smaller, refrain from flipping over, as they can leak through tiny gaps between the body and cap.
