This is a trial print to determine suitable clearance for assembling two printed components. The main peg has a radius of 5mm, while the peg board contains holes with varying radii including 2.5mm, 2.55mm, and so on up to 3.0mm. In my print, a 2.65mm hole provided the best overall functional fit, with a 2.70mm hole still being acceptable.
