Round Hinge with Modular Mounting Plates

This hinge design is printable either as one whole piece or separate components. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to print and test the model for potential design issues. PLA would primarily be used with an optional soluble material for support structures, making disassembly of hinge rings easier and enhancing the rotating ring hinge system. Alternatively, individual parts can be printed and assembled on a center post using a hole and machine screw. This versatile hinge could also serve as a carousel base for multi-level turn tables. Adjustable scaling allows for various applications.
