These clips offer a refined design with smoothed geometry, eliminating manifold or overlapping faces for improved print quality. Flat areas have been optimized and a bevel has been added to enhance ergonomics. The round clamp has been reworked, while the rest of the design remains unchanged. Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:677020 Inspired by clips that utilize clothes pin springs, I created these clamps as gluing tools for small parts requiring moderate pressure. They feature a curved shape with a wide opening and can reach over obstacles. The flat section is ideal for tight spaces. Each half measures approximately 2 inches (50mm) in width and depth. Files are available in both metric and SAE formats to accommodate various printer requirements. Printing individual halves takes about 12 minutes, using approximately 7 grams of ABS material with Afinia defaults.
