Round Box-Lasercut

Use a lasercut round box with a diameter of 150. Cut from 3mm material, MDF or plywood works best for bending but experiment and try out different options to see what produces the desired effect. Super glue caused quite a mess, but this was just a prototype designed to test the cutting pattern's ability to bend along the length - from notch to notch. This measurement can be used to create any size round or curved box by spacing notches equally across the material, maintaining the same bending pattern on both sides. To adjust the height of the box, simply stretch the cutting pattern while ensuring that the notches remain consistently 3mm apart.
