Ten years ago, people living on the coast watched as storms dissipated into calm seas. Waya was a young man then, an accomplished hunter and fearless warrior. He had grown up with the wind in his hair and the thrill of adventure in his heart. Three years ago, invaders began landing on the shores of their homeland, establishing settlements in the forest and plains that Waya called home. Conflict escalated between the original inhabitants and the newcomers, who ravaged the land for its magic-infused nodes. Despite the turmoil, Waya married Inola, the love of his life. Two years ago, four different invaders set up camps within a day's travel from Waya's village. Food became scarce, and hunters had to venture farther afield to bring back meat. The people struggled to survive as their way of life was threatened. Two months ago, Waya and his brother Wohali embarked on a hunting expedition. Tragedy struck when Wohali was fatally injured by a boar, leaving Waya to carry him back to the village for burial. When Waya returned, he found that his village had been reduced to smoldering ruins. He buried his brother amidst the ashes of their home, surrounded by the remains of the people he loved. When Waya emerged from the ashes, he was transformed into Roturk, a legendary warrior tasked with guiding spirits to the afterlife. His heart now fueled by vengeance, Roturk vowed to track down those responsible for the destruction of his village. One day ago, Roturk set out on a mission of retribution, tracking down those he suspected of orchestrating the massacre. He stalked through the woodlands, his eyes fixed on his prey, as he swore three oaths: there would be no mercy, and no survivors. Roturk is a formidable mercenary unit in Primeval Clash, available to join any faction that dares to take him on.
