"Rotterdam Streets and Buildings 3D Model": This model, based on real data, provides a realistic setup of buildings and streets in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It comprises eight building groups that can be customized with different colors, materials, or textures by turning them on/off. The architecture is UV mapped but positioned flat without elevation details. The geometry consists of polygonal quads and triangles. Untextured, it renders quickly and is compatible with the "Rotterdam Road Network & Streets" model, available separately at https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/architectural/street/rotterdam-road-network-and-streets. It's licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareALike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA), allowing commercial use. Building and street data are sourced from OpenStreetMap (www.openstreetmap.org). The model contains 636,834 vertices and 4,585,305 polygons. Formats include .c4d native, .dxf, .fbx v7.1, .dae v1.5, and .obj. Note: the "streets" refer to the area between buildings, not a separate model. Some buildings may be missing or non-existent due to data limitations, but updates will provide additional information at no extra cost. Compatible models can be combined with simple copy and paste commands. This minimalistic design shows street and building alignments and heights accurately but is not intended for high precision urban planning. It's not 3D print-ready. Purchasing includes the exact model seen in preview images, without lighting setup, which can be added using a free render studio downloadable at https://www.cgtrader.com/free-3d-models/various/various-models/render-studio-for-cinema-4d. Please ensure the model suits your project by checking preview images and descriptions before purchase, and questions will be answered precisely."
