This mounting bracket transforms a Roto Zip into a versatile shaping tool that can be securely attached to various surfaces. Made at low quality settings, the initial prototype was surprisingly robust and capable of supporting the weight of the tool without any issues. To use this conversion kit, simply drill a hole in a table or a smaller platform like a cutting board, then attach the bracket to the underside. You're now ready to start shaping with your Roto Zip. The adjustable guard from your original tool can be used as is, and four screws of varying sizes will secure the bracket to the surface, depending on its thickness. For a snug fit, some minor filing with a nail file may be necessary.
