Rotozip Angle Guide
thingiverse
This is a 50/40 degree angle guide for a Rotozip rotary saw. Version 2, available as an STL file, has a shorter frame than what's pictured so the guide can sit flush to the base of the tool for more support. I included text to show which angle is 50 degrees. If you place the other flat face down, it's obviously a 40 degree cut. I've also included the Autodesk Inventor file, allowing you to manipulate the model if you're familiar with that software to create whatever angle you need. Just open the "Cut Angle" sketch and modify the one angle constraint; however, you may have to re-align a few things depending on the angle you change it to. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 100 Notes: Print with 100% infill so it's solid. I recommend using ABS and reorienting the model with one of the guide faces down as in the pictures.
