RotorX Atom Camera Mount (2 parts)
thingiverse
These are parts to a camera mount designed specifically for the RotorX Atom V1. This adjustable angle camera mount replaces the front standoffs on the Atom frame, ensuring a precise fit with M2 tapped holes spaced to match the Atom's layout. Engineered to accommodate the standard 600tvl cameras used on the Atom, this mount is engineered for optimal performance. The height of this mount has been carefully calibrated to meet my specific build requirements but can be easily adjusted by shortening it or incorporating washers/spacers to fit other builds with minor modifications. The height is precisely 25.5mm. Part 2 features holes on its ends designed for M2 tapping, allowing it to securely fasten into part 1 using M2 screws to adjust the camera angle. Despite being printed parts that fit snugly together, I have included screw threads as a precautionary measure. This design has been optimized for print friendliness but may still be challenging to produce with a filament printer. However, when printed through SLS by Shapeways, the results are nothing short of exceptional.
