RotorHazard / Delta5 Laptimer Enclosure

RotorHazard Lap Timer, Enclosure Upgrade
This is a major overhaul of FreeFormFPV's original design. I've taken the core elements and transformed them into something entirely new. There are two main enclosure options: one for four-node timers and another for eight-node timers. The lid and PCB tray fit either model seamlessly. **UPDATE**: Additional box designs have been added, including a 'Developer's Box' with access to the HDMI port for troubleshooting and development purposes. This design also includes a plug for the HDMI access port, perfect for keeping dust and debris out of the timer. The Delta5 V2.0 PCB is designed to snap into place within the new PCB trays, eliminating the need for fasteners. The trays then stack together, secured by the lid's four countersunk M3 fasteners. A POE DC jack is provided, allowing the timer to be powered remotely via a network cable (POE injector required). Be sure to use a three-pin DC jack wired correctly to disconnect the XT60 socket when in use. Failure to do so may result in the release of magical smoke (see image above for wiring assistance). The timer can be powered locally by a lipo or remotely over POE.
Required Components:
* Raspberry Pi * Delta5/RotorHazard timer, built using the D5 PCB V2.0 (https://flyingrobot.co/products/delta5-pcb) * XT60 connector for powering the timer with a lipo (Slot for securing zip tie provided; I recommend hot glue for added security) - http://tiny.cc/12ri8y * JST connector for WS2812b LED panel output from Raspberry Pi pins 19,20 (Slot for securing zip tie provided; I recommend hot glue for added security) - http://tiny.cc/e7ri8y * 5.5mm 3-pin DC Jack for POE - http://tiny.cc/wbsi8y * POE injector/adapter - http://tiny.cc/idsi8y * 2 x 5V 3cm cooling fans - http://tiny.cc/rsti8y * Voltage Meter - http://tiny.cc/o7ti8y (Secured by two M2 fasteners or a couple of dabs of hot glue) * Power button - https://tinyurl.com/s5xcwu3
Printable Parts:
* 8-Node Enclosure * 4-Node Enclosure * PCB Tray * KillaKwads Branded Lid - https://www.facebook.com/groups/killakwads * RotorHazard Branded Lid * Plain Lid * RotorHazard Branded Fan Grille * Three Plain Style Fan Grilles
Support both LapTimer projects:
* RotorHazard - https://github.com/RotorHazard/RotorHazard * Delta5 - https://github.com/scottgchin/delta5_race_timer
