RotorHazard / Delta 5 Timer Case
thingiverse
I created a custom case because I couldn't find any existing options that met my requirements. Here are the key features of this case: 1. It provides access to all ports on the Pi 3b+. 2. The design is simple and easy to assemble. 3. It's compact in size, prioritizing low height over thinness. 4. It's straightforward to print using any standard printer settings. 5. It securely holds the Delta 5 or Rotorhazard board. What this case does not offer: 1. Support for Power Over Ethernet (POE). 2. A built-in voltage display or alarm system. 3. A rechargeable battery. 4. Cooling fans. I power my Pi using a 3s 2200mAh battery, which I connect to a separate voltage alarm when outdoors. At home, I use an old laptop power supply rated at 12V x 5A. To assemble this case, you'll need nine M3x4mm screws. For the lid, I recommend printing with flexible filament; you can find the design on Thingiverse (3968167).
