Rotor Riot CL1 SMA Mount v2
thingiverse
I'm printing my second small mount for the CL1 rotor riot frame, and so far, the first one has worked out okay. The antenna mount seemed a bit wobbly to me, so I beefed it up a bit. It should still flex slightly, but this offers a more solid mounting solution. Also, this mount is designed for a 20mm standoff, not the standard 30mm that comes with the frame. You can run it as is, or wait a few days and I'll have a 30mm version ready if you want to stick with the stock standoffs. I print these mounts in TPU, running my temperature at 220c and bed temperature at 50c, adding supports and trimming them off afterwards. However, the design should be support-free thanks to the bridge channel, but I still recommend adding some just in case. Set your infill to 30% and crank this thing out! I hope this helps guys!
