Basic informationThis is a simple wheel / roller / castor replacement for the "Rotho Clear Box" from "Bauhaus" (https://www.bauhaus.info/kunststoffboxen/rotho-clear-box/p/30111291 - Product Number: 30111291).As the original castors of the box scratched my wooden floor, I made very simple replacement castors that lie flat and no longer scratch the floor.Model informationIts a simple replacement wheel. You can print it in any material. I used PLA tough and tested harder TPU. Both worked fine for me. Print instructionsYou will need 4 wheels per box. Place the rollers like an upright cylinder so that the surface does not rest on the print bed to prevent the roller from running out of round. You will need support.The print profile is designed to print all four at once in PLA tough with support. Adjust it to your liking.If you want to print in TPU:There is a Bambu Guide on how to print TPU, i recommend reading this:https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/knowledge-sharing/tpu-printing-guideDO NOT USE AN AMS TO PRINT TPU if its not TPU with a hardness of 77D or 55D!You can print on a Cool plate, PLA plate, engineering plate, high-temperature plate or textured PEI plate, just make sure the temperature is low (30°-35°).Use a 0.4 Nozzle.Set the print sequence to "by object" to avoid stringing.Assembly instructionsSimply place the new wheels into the original wheel holder of the box - see pictures.
