Rotec TBI 40-S Jabiru Adapters
thingiverse
This are the adapters I used to fit my Rotec TBI 40-S in my Jabiru 3300 engine. I printed them and took them to a metal manufacture to produce them in inox (aluminum may work, but is softer and my bend...). You'll need some hardware like M4 screws and some other material to hold the bowden cables. This hardware can be found in aircraft hardware shop. I used a Scat of 70mm to make sure the hole of the intake is bigger that the TBI mouth and prevent creation on high pressures and air speed reduction before passing the fuel vane. You'll get: - scat holder (70mm); - mixture cable holder; - primer cable holder; - throttle cable holder. Good luck and nice flights. Note: This prints are only to use as model to produce metal pieces, don't use them in real flight! The pictures are not final work, you'll need more hardware that presented in some photos.
