Rotax FR125 Max Ring Gear Lock

A printed ring gear lock tool, to stop crank revolving while unscrewing the crank nut, usually needed when changing drive sprocket or doing clutch maintenance. I made mine in ABS and used two pieces of round steel rod as dowel pins to mount it into holes already in the engine block. The pins were turned to 8.9mm diameter and about 40mm long. I'll add a photo when I get time. ABS seems to hold the torque with no issues, no hint of the teeth stripping. Printing: I used 5 perimeters and 50% fill. Drill holes out to fit dowels and press fit.
