Rotational Binary Print Module

A library for OpenSCAD enables publication of binary strings in circles. Influenced by "Rotational OpenSCAD Bitmap Fonts Module". To utilize it, add "include \" " to your project and run the module with binaryprint_circular(string, block_size, radius, b_ccw), where string is a series of ones and zeros, block_size is individual block size, radius is circular object's radius, and b_ccw (0: clockwise, 1: counter-clockwise).
