ROTATIONAL BASE FOR LITHOPHANE BY MONTER
thingiverse
The cylindrical lithophane can be quite dull from one angle, so I designed a basic yet affordable rotational base that's completely safe. It all runs on 220V (or 110V depending on your location and motor choice) which means you won't need any power adapters. You should be able to find the required components in popular online stores or even have some of them at home. You'll need five items to print, plus seven additional elements. I estimate that buying these extra parts will cost no more than 10 euros. The design has been carefully folded, which took me several iterations and a lot of corrections, but it's all worth it so you can enjoy your rotary lithophane without any issues. After downloading, you'll receive two project files (146 mm and 150 mm), a step-by-step photographic guide on how to assemble the device, a list of necessary components with links, and several dimensions for designing your lithophane. Assembly only takes around 10 minutes. I highly recommend using a lithophanemaker.com.
