The Sunstar iBike electric motor is challenging to attach to any bicycle frame via conventional methods. To counteract this, I opted to install two extension springs between the motor and the bike frame, reducing vibrations when in use. The spring acts as a rigid bar, allowing for simple adjustments of the angle between the motor and frame. With restoring forces from both springs, the electric motor is securely and stably fixed to the bicycle.
