This design features a significant enhancement with eccentric cams on the buffers that contact the frame. The bracket's 10mm-apart holes and 5mm offset from the center allow for infinite adjustability of buffer separation. The drawings illustrate a restraint bracket on the chainwheel side, which doesn't affect motor assembly position. Main brackets are laser cut and folded from 3mm stainless steel (303 or 304 grade), while eccentric cams are machined from aluminum and buffers from polyurethane or rubber. Although not as versatile as previous designs, this option is more cost-effective to produce.
