This revised bracket is highly adjustable, fitting various frame designs and dimensions. Created from 3mm Mild Steel/Stainless steel, it features turned spacer tubes, two of which have rubber sleeves to safeguard bike paintwork. For attachment to the motor, via spacer tubes are illustrated, although they can also be folded like in the original design (a matter of convenience). The three primary components - rotation plate and left/right arms - assemble by sandwiching together with M6 Stainless fasteners (not shown). The left and right arms share a common flat pattern, but with opposing bends to cut production costs. Laser cutting is the intended manufacturing method. Arm lengths were optimized to minimize force on bike frames; however, adjustments may be necessary for other fixtures like 'water bottle' battery carriers or chain-wheel gear shifts if compatible with motor assembly.
