Rotation Leveling Sleeve for Jobo 15xx Tank

This is a sleeve for the 15xx series of Jobo tanks/drums, for use with a Uniroller (or similar) rotation device. The reason I made this is that the Jobo drum, without this sleeve, tends to gradually roll its self off the Uniroller, because the shape of the Jobo lid makes one side have a larger diameter/radius.
