Rotation and sliding apparatus

Rotation and sliding apparatus

thingiverse

This linear stage, initially designed for CNC milling from standard aluminum plates, was successfully 3D printed using M6 threads and acrylate-based resin colored with graphite dust for added durability. It is employed to securely mount labware and instruments, allowing for initial positioning with thumbscrews and fine-tuning via the integrated micrometer. The model features M4 threaded holes, but customization is possible for personalized retrofitting. Notably, this design was a collaborative effort between myself and my friend Ivan Pavlov, tailored to address his specific laboratory requirements.
