A pipe clamp suitable for light weight, non-load bearing applications. Inserts for use with 1" OD pipe, 0.5" nominal PVC. Use a m5 heat set insert on one side, rotate to the desired angle and fix in place with an m5 bolt. Print with 5 walls. For filament, ABS-PC, PC, ASA, or PETG would probably be solid choices. Printed with ABS/Polycarbonate blend, these clamps are robust enough to snap onto a pipe without needing to be slid over an end. I use these to build custom highchair footrests for pediatric physical therapy and feeding therapy applications under the supervision of licensed professionals. These clamps should never be assumed to safe to support a person, even a small child. These can be used to create scaffolds for a variety of non-load bearing projects, such as camera mounts. 3D printed parts are generally not suitable for any load bearing applications, I will assume no liability due to the failure of your printed parts.
