Rotating Lithophane Box for Monoprice Select Mini
prusaprinters

This is djeaton's Lithophane holder scaled down so as to be able to be printed on a MP Select Mini. Included are a read me file with the changes I had to make and a file about how I made my lithophanes. The corner posts fit very tightly but they do fit. I did not want to use glue, hence the tight fit. I used 40% infill but you could probably get away with 15 or 20%. I've used two brands of cords and they both worked. The thing to look for is one that has the spring steel that forms the attachment. It should be for a 1 inch hole. The tunnel for the power cord is sized so that when the cord is in place, there is space to hot glue it in. There are also two small rectangular holes for the glue to seep into and make it resistant to being pulled out. I don't know how that is going to work.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Monoprice

Printer:

Select Mini

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.13125

Infill:

40

Filament: Hatchbox PLA Black

Notes:

Extruder is 225C
Bed Temp is 70C

Category: Decor
