I have modified my previous sensor bracket so that it clips to Creality's Rotating filament spool holder.Printed in black PLA at 0.2mm layer height. Supports required around lip of bearing housing.You will require:1 x M8x25mm countersunk bolt - I used a DIN7991 / ISO 106421 x M8 Nylock nut DIN 985 / ISO 105111 x M8 washer1 x 608ZZ bearingAssembly instructions:Rotate the holder so that is matches the photoFit the bearing into the housingAttach the sensor mount to the housing using the bolt, nut and washer under the nutScrew the run-out sensor to the mount using the screws that came with the sensor. You may need to tap the holes with a M3 tapClip the holder to the spool holderUpdate 231112:I've added a new version that requires only M4 hardware.You will require:1 x 604ZZ bearing1 x M4 hex nut1 x M4x16 Hex socket button head boltFit the bearing into the filament mount clip.Remove the bridging material from the M4 hole in the sensor holder.Fit the M4 nut into the hexagonal recess in the sensor holder.Insert the M4 bolt from the back of the mounting clip and through the sensor holder.Screw the run-out sensor onto the sensor holder using the M3 screws that came with the sensor.Clip the holder to the spool holder.
