Rotating, Changing City.

<p><strong>Hello there!</strong></p><p>This is a <strong>Rotating City</strong> I designed.<br>All 3 sections move at different speeds to give the perception that the city is changing over time.</p><p>I kept the discs round so other people can make their own versions a lot easier, they can even do different themes if they want to!
