This device enables access to various-level materials and features a container suitable for storing dust or grain products. It includes a rotating wheel with self-locking mechanisms and glass windows at the front and rear, marked with quantity scales. The unique stand allows easy access from the front, accommodating trolleys, buckets, and other material handling equipment.
