Rotary Vesa Adapter 75/100

I'm mounting my 22" TFT display in an RV with limited space that was designed for a tiny CRT screen. The available space isn't wide enough to accommodate the TFT when it's in park position. The mount I have is VESA 100, but the TFT only supports VESA 75. To fix this issue, I need an adapter that converts VESA 100 to VESA 75 and can also be rotated by 90° since the TFT needs to be turned to fit into the cabinet when it's in park position. The holes for M4 metric screws are already made, but they might require some post-printing drilling. This is my first major design project, and I've added plenty of space between the two parts to avoid them jamming together.
