Rotary Tool Base

I upgraded the design to accommodate my larger rotary tool thread size. To improve accessibility, I removed part of the base so others can work closely next to other objects, even when cleaning tight spaces like door hinges. I expanded the skirt for greater router bit adjustment flexibility. A blind hole was added for fine height adjustment set screws if needed; it was drilled out with a #21 drill bit and threaded for a #10/32 machine screw, topped off with a wing nut for secure closure.
