Rotary Tattoo Machine

I've been designing a cutting-edge robotic arm platform that incorporates an advanced rotary tattoo machine. This prototype is still in its early stages, but it's already being put through various tests to optimize the performance of different pushrods and cams for distinct stroke lengths. Currently, it's set at 12.5mm, which isn't suitable for professional tattooing just yet. However, this design is easily adaptable to standard DC motors with 20mm bodies and 8mm tubes. Future updates will include corrected strokes, a built-in guide rail within the body to maintain precise needle alignment, and an integrated microstepper injector to ensure consistent ink flow at optimal rates. My ultimate goal for this project is to create a high-quality, accurate machine that utilizes entirely 3D printed parts, enabling interchangeable machine heads with ease.
