Designed in software MOI v3.0, I require a change from my old rotary tabl with gears on toothed wheels to transmission with belt. For housing, I employed a plastic box measuring 180 x 140 x 90 mm. Settings for the stepper motor are microstep - 1/4 and gear ratio 1:2. The stepper motor must move lightly along the guides, as defined in c3_mocow_n17.stl. We adjust the GT2 tension with the M4 screw. Table rotating features: Switch 1 triggers at 90 degrees Switch 2 triggers at 45 degrees Switch 3 triggers at 36 degrees Switch 4 triggers at 29.925 degrees Switch 5 triggers at 18 degrees I utilize: 1. Stepper driver A4988 2. Arduino mini/nano 3. Stabilizer LM 7805 4. Condensator 470 uF/ 25V 5. Two LEDs 6. Two 1 kohm resistors 7. Bearing 628Z 8. Stepper motor 9. Wheel GT2 60 tooth x 1 10. Wheel GT2 60 tooth x 1 11. Nut with bolt M4 x 1 (60 mm long) 12. Screw M8 x 1 (60 mm long) 13. Screw M3 x 10 (12 mm long) 14. Screw M3 x 4 (10 mm long - for stepper motor) 15. Washers M3 x 14 16. Micro switch x 5 17. Screw M2 x 4 18. PCB x 2 19. Socket 5,5 / 2.1 mm 20. 6mm GT2 strap - 200mm long Rotary plate version 1 (tacka v1.stl) proves better than the previous version, offering more stability. I successfully tested a 4-kilogram object on this rotary table, with no issues encountered.
