Rotary Table

A rotating plate that additionally moves up and down could be beneficial for 3D scanning tasks. Watch a YouTube video for more details. To assemble, use parts from an old Soviet Konstructor toy (similar to Erector Set) to build the frame. Attach six M3x12 bolts to the printed arms. Secure a 24BYJ48 stepper motor (or similar) to the frame and connect it to your Arduino board. Place M4 nuts in nut traps, insert a spacer between two nut traps, then fasten this assembly above the motor shaft. Screw an M4 threaded rod into place and add the printed table on top. Enjoy!
