Important: Only the mechanical components are available so far. A control, e.g. mt Arduino or Raspberry PI, is still searched. If someone should create something like that, I would be glad about an info. (By the way, I'm personally looking for a variant that can be controlled externally with Python). Function: 2 NEMA17 stepper motors are installed on the rotary/tilting unit. This allows the component to be rotated and tilted around its own axis. Both motors in the same direction of rotation: The component rotates around its longitudinal axis Direction of rotation of the motors in opposite directions: The component rotates about its transverse axis The camera is positioned externally on a tripod (or similar). The nozzle I clamped is for demonstration purposes only. The step file gear rim is used to create your own component shots. Assembly Melt the threaded inserts into all 17 4mm holes in the mount. 3 more into the spider. Then screw the spider, the receptacle and the two brackets with M3x10mm screws. Now press the two ball bearings into the receptacle. Screw the two NEMA 17 and the side brackets with 8x M3x6mm screws. Now put the axle of the NEMA 17 through the ball bearing, side by side, while pressing/pressing the gear small onto the axle at the same time. English Importend: Right now there are only mechanicle parts. A controller like Arduino or Raspberry Pi based is not ready yet. But I am looking for it. So, if you are able to build it please inform me. Function: There are 2 NEMA 17 steppers installed. Both stepper CW: The part is turning around its own axis. One stepper CW, the other CCW: The part is turning around the stepper axis. A camera has to be mounted externally on a tripod or similar. The nozzle in the pictures is only to demontrate how to use the fixture. The Step-file spider can be used to design own fixtures. BOM 1x intake 2x bracket 1x Gear rim 2x side bracket 2x Gear small 2x Nema 17 (shaft diameter 5mm, e.g. from Anet A8 ) min. 17 thread inserts M3 (I used ruthex M3S) 2 ball bearings 635 2z (or similar). I hope I haven't forgotten anything. I will gladly accept feedback.
