Rotary Laser Attachment Hold Down

by RebelTaz

I have a Genmitsu Rotary Roller attachment for my laser engraver. When I tryt to turn some lightweight dollar store wine glasses, the glass isn't heavy enough to stay put and slips on the roller. I've seen this type of attachment for rotary rollers on other brands, so I figured I'd design one for mine. I used an o-ring as the tire with a 3mm bolt to hold the tire in wheel in place and provide structural support to the pillar as well as 4mm nuts/bolts to lock the whole thing to the rotary roller. The roller adjustment holes on the Genmitsu are 5mm threaded, so the 4mm screws slip through easily without harming the original threads.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

TEVO

Printer:

Tarantula

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2-0.3mm

Infill:

100%

Category: DIY
