A rotary handle design proposal made from plastic optimized for injection moulding is presented here. The focus was on achieving maximum stability with minimal material usage. Additionally, the handle had to be ergonomic and have anti-slip properties in radial and axial directions. The wall thickness should remain consistent. This handle has a bore diameter for fitting onto a 13mm shaft. Inspired by this model, further development for other applications is possible. For high-tech industrial use, PBT GF30 is recommended. A potential application could be the rotating and axial movement handle of table football/soccer rods. The native file in "PTC Creo Parametric 2.0" format (unzipped size: 416.7 MB) and a STEP file are shared for users. PTC-users can reduce file size by deleting drafts from the "Model Tree".
