This steam engine-like governor is designed for attaching to a rotary device's drive train, controlling speed through centrifugal forces that push its arms upward, causing the central plunger to descend - usually for applying brakes. A DIY project without specific applications, it requires assembly using 40mm M4 bolts and nuts after printing each part.
