The dial was not available without licensing, Thingiverse does not allow me to choose the license I want which is unlicensed, no license, do what you want with it. Hell, make your own on tinkercad! https://www.tinkercad.com/things/eTAajzgHfdl Center post has a little extra room for a friction fit, check your extrusion if its too tight. The spherical recesses with flattening were a compromise for the poor contact surface when using supports. You can probably do better, I invite you to improve off the tinkercad link.
