Rotary Counter for Tabletop Gaming

Rotary Counter for Tabletop Gaming

This is a single-digit rotary counter for tabletop gaming, primarily designed for Munchkin games. Due to frequent use, d10s tend to become unreliable; thus, this counter comes in handy. It's the first CAD model I created with 3D printing in mind. Although Skeinforge has some complaints, it still prints well. However, due to unavailability of 1/4-inch screws at the local hardware store, I used 1/2-inch ones as the shortest option available. On 3rd February 2012, I updated the design with v3 pieces featuring fixed geometry. The assembly requires a number 4 SAE sheet metal screw (similar to an M3 screw) that can be directly screwed into the plastic. It holds well, but using washers for shimming and filing down the back point may improve it. A quick paint job on the numbers enhances readability.
